Hibbi Iqbal is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eye Deal Systems. He is responsible for the overall operations, management, and strategy of the company. Prior to becoming CEO, Hibbi sewed several years in the ﬁnancial consulting industry. He has past experience with BearingPoint as a Business Consultant and Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, leading the Financial Statement Preparation team at the Department of Justice (DOJ). He currently serves as a Managing Consultant for Verdi Consulting.
Hibbi is a graduate of George Mason University with a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Mansoor Shams is President of Eye Deal Systems. He not only works closely in partnership with the CEO in the day-to-day operations and management of the company, but is also jointly involved in tailoring the strategic direction of the company particularly with a focus in the international arena. One of his unique strengths has been his ability to form relationships and build long-term partnersh'ps both on the supply side as well as the delivery (client) side. Prior to taking on the role of President, Mansoor served four years in the United States Marine Corps where be attained the rank of Corporal (Non-commissioned Officer) and was the recipient of several awards including Meritorious Promotion, Marine of the Quarter, Certificate of Commendation, among others. Soon after receiving an honorable discharge, Mansoor began working for the federal govemment as an Assistant to the Chairman (William Donaldson and later Christopher Cox) at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mansoor left the SEC in late 2008.
Mansoor is a Marine Corps veteran and is also a graduate of the FBI's Citizens' Academy. In 2009, Mansoor was the recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Gold Level). He completed his undergraduate studies at Campbell University in 2004 and later (2011) completed his Joint Masters degree in Government (emphasis security studies) and an MBA at the Johns Hopkins University.
